The US Student Housing REIT (ASX: USQ) released its maiden results on 30 August 2022 for the financial year ended 30 June 2022. USQ listed on the ASX on 8 March 2022, raising $15.5m through the issue of 11.2m units at $1.38 per unit. USQ invests in a portfolio of US student housing real estate assets within close proximity to top tier public universities across the United States of America (US) with the objective of providing unitholders with an opportunity to benefit from both stable income generation and capital growth.
